Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, Missed Classes & Refunds

Cancellation for a class made via email to info@elementstumbling.com at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time can allow for a make-up as long as there is space available in another class of the same type.

Missed classes and late cancellations are subject to a $15 fee.

If the studio cancels a class, we will make a reasonable effort to offer a make-up class, credit, or alternative option where possible.

Cancellations due to inclement weather or other reasons beyond the control of the studio will not result in the issuance of a credit

Package Expiry

Class packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

Any unused classes or credits remaining after the package expiry date will be forfeited and are non-refundable. Expired packages cannot be reimbursed, refunded, or exchanged for cash or credit.

Rates, schedules, class offerings, policies, terms, and conditions are subject to change.

Any updates to policies or pricing will apply moving forward and may be communicated through the website, email, booking system, or other studio communication channels.
